We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Jamaican True Stories. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any item back without first contacting us. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address by email. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personal care items, if applicable

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to request a return first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If an order is shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
